Designed for aggressive XC use, Stan's ZTR Arch MK3 27.5" Wheel loves technical trails. The "arch" rim shape is strong and stiff while keeping the weight low for a durable, responsive ride. Plus, the Arches are built up with Stan's Neo hubs and DT Swiss spokes to keep you rolling quick through the nastiest terrain out there. And, this slick wheel uses Stan's BST technology for easy tubeless conversions, while the rim's wide internal profile and lowered sidewalls boost tire volume for enhanced traction.
Stan's NoTubes BST design creates a tight tubeless seal between the rim wall and tire bead. The inner rim wall is the same size and shape as the tire bead. It's also shorter, which increases the volume of the tire.

Stan's recommended max rider weight: 230 pounds
As you can see, using a Stan's Sealant Injector is well worth the $9.95, as it saves time and makes the installation process a whole heck of a lot easier! | |
Hubs: Stan's 3.30 hubs are available in 3 options, standard 3.30, which is the base product that Stan's uses when displaying weights on their website, www.notubes.com. Stan's does offer hub upgrade alternatives for riders who are looking to save weight or ride more aggressively. For riders who want to save weight, choosing the 3.30 Ti (Titanium) hubs will help you achieve this. For riders who plan to ride more aggressively and want a hub with oversized bearings, choosing the 3.30 HD (Heavy Duty) hubs would be a good idea. Not all hubs are available in every axle configuration, so please see the list of available options when choosing your hub options upon building your wheel(s). See weight differences below:
Hub Weight Differences:
- 3.30 Ti Front - Saves 20g over standard 3.30 front hub
- 3.30 Ti Rear - Saves 40g over standard 3.30 rear hub
- 3.30 HD Front - Adds 15g over standard 3.30 front hub. NOT compatible with SRAM XD Driver Bodies. Stan's 3.30 HD hubs have oversized bearings.
- 3.30 HD Rear - Adds 35g over standard 3.30 rear hub. NOT compatible with SRAM XD Driver Bodies. Stan's 3.30 HD hubs have oversized bearings.
Rear Driver Body Options: The standard Shimano / SRAM 9/10 speed driver body has always been there standard; however recently a new options was added to the market called SRAM XD, which is compatible with SRAM 11 speed drivertrains. If you're running a standard 9/10 speed drivertrain, then you'd want to choose the Shimano 9/10 speed option from the drivetrain list. If however you're putting this wheelset on a bike with a SRAM with a SRAM 11 speed drivertrain; you'll want to choose one of the 2 SRAM XD options instead of the Shimano 9/10 speed option.
Rear Driver Body Exceptions:
SRAM XD 11 Speed - Chrome Bearings - ONLY compatible with 3.30 standard & 3.30 Ti hub options. Not compatible with 3.30 HD hubs
SRAM XD 11 Speed - Stainless Bearings - ONLY compatible with 3.30 standard & 3.30 Ti hub options. Not compatible with 3.30 HD hubs
